At Kashis Creation, we are committed to delivering authentic and high-quality ethnic wear. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
Return or refund requests must be initiated within 5 days from the date of delivery. Requests received after 10 days will not be accepted under any circumstances.
To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with all original tags, packaging, and the seal tag intact.

If the seal tag or original tags are removed, damaged, or broken, the product will NOT be eligible for return or refund.
Products that show signs of wear, washing, alteration, odor, stains, or damage will be rejected during quality inspection.
All returned items are subject to a mandatory quality check at our facility. Kashis Creation reserves the right to accept or reject a return or refund request based on this inspection.
If your return request is approved, the product must be shipped back as per the instructions provided. Return shipping charges shall be borne by the customer, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product delivered by us.
Once the returned product passes quality inspection, the refund (if approved) will be processed to the original payment method within the applicable processing timeline.
Refunds are issued only for the product value. Shipping, COD, or handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the error is from our side.
Kashis Creation reserves the right to modify, update, or amend this policy at any time without prior notice.
