All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after order confirmation. Processing time may vary during peak seasons, festive periods, or for made-to-order products.
Estimated delivery time within India is 7–14 business days after dispatch, depending on the delivery location, courier partner, and local logistics. Delivery timelines provided are approximate and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Shipping charges, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout before completing the payment.
Once the order is dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS or email. Kashis Creation is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances.
We currently ship across India. International shipping, if available, will be governed by separate terms including customs duties, taxes, and import regulations, which shall be borne by the customer.
Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they have been dispatched.
In case of an incorrect address provided by the customer or failed delivery attempts, any additional shipping or re-shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
Please ensure that the package is checked at the time of delivery. Any visible damage or discrepancy must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery with proper images for assistance.
